This policy covers Market Minute (the website at marketminute.adlouis.com and the "Market Minute Uploader" application).

Market Minute Uploader is an internal tool used only by the Market Minute channel owner to upload the channel's own daily market-recap videos to the Market Minute YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public and does not let other people sign in.

The Market Minute Uploader uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and set their titles, descriptions and privacy status on the Market Minute channel. By using YouTube through this application you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The application requests only the permission needed to upload videos (the youtube.upload scope). It does not read, store or share any YouTube user data other than what is required to complete an upload to the channel owner's own channel. Authorization can be revoked at any time from Google Account security settings.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or forms, and does not collect personal information from visitors. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operations.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties. The only credentials the uploader holds belong to the channel owner and are stored securely for the sole purpose of uploading the channel's own videos.
